Helpline Youth Counseling, Inc. (HYC) is pleased to present its 2022-2025 Strategic Plan. In developing the Plan, HYC utilized a Stakeholder Survey to assess its organizational mission in relation to agency services and programs and to seek community input regarding future programming. Stakeholder feedback was collected from the HYC Board of Directors, employees, participants, funders, and community members. The lessons learned from COVID-19 were discussed at all stakeholder levels and sectors due to the significant impact of COVID on workplace conditions, service delivery, and community needs. Survey results were utilized to shape the strategic planning by the HYC Board of Directors and Leadership Team comprised of the Executive Director, Controller, Director of Programs, Director of Human Resources, Quality Assurance Manager, Director of Behavioral Health Services, Director of Family Services, Director of Youth Services, Director of Homeless and Housing Support Services, and Development Director. HYC's 2022-2025 Strategic Plan focuses on agency and community priorities in the functional areas of (1) Program Enhancement, Expansion, and Growth; (2) Organizational Strength; and (3) Fiscal Viability.
